3 Quick ways to debloat after vacation

After indulging in Vacay, it is common to feel inflated and uncomfortable. But, we know how bad the feeling is, so here are 3 fast and effective ways to land and return along the way!

1. Move your body

Get your body moving with some simple exercises to help release trapped gas. Try taps (15-20 repetitions), alternating knee hugs (20 repetitions), bicycles (20 repetitions), hugs (10 repetitions) and child’s foot (30 seconds or more).
