Last week of summer is here! Whether you have completed all the challenge until this week or half, it is time to jump back, get motivated and finish loudly. Does this big prize await you?)
5 tips to help you stay on track during the last week:
Whether a new personal file in your training series or stick to the hot body meal plan without any slip, setting a specific goal for last week will give you something to work in the direction. Write it and remember yourself everyday to stay focused.
Everyone’s gym trip is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your own achievements and how far you have come from the beginning of SSU.
Positive self-speech can go a long way to keep you motivated. Remind yourself of all the hard work you have made so far and the progress you have made. Encourage yourself with confirmations and believe in your ability to complete the challenge strong.
Your accounting team is there to support you, so don’t be afraid to contact them for motivation if you feel yourself drifting away from your goals. Share your races, achievements and goals with your LSF babies and let them lift you up. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey is incredibly empowering.
Take time to celebrate how far you have come on your gym trip. Recognize all the hard work and dedication you have put in in recent weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and the SSU!
