Outdoor Workouts to Try During Summer

Summer is the perfect time to get your workouts out and get some vitamin D, girlfriend!

You can get any of your Moving application The workouts outside, from your sweat to SESH to Daily 10 or try these suggestions!

The best outdoor workouts to do in the summer:

1. Morning yoga

Start your day right with a relaxing yoga session in your park or threshold. Find a quiet spot, remove your mat and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.

2. Beach Walk

Beach walks are the perfect way to distract your mind from what is happening in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to go on a beach on foot either alone (with some headphones on & your Favorite Play List or podcast) or walk with a girlfriend and cover life!

Get your workout for high intensity (HIIT) on the beach for an extra challenge. Soft sand will make your muscles work harder and the ocean breeze will keep you cool. Hiit workouts are ideal for burning calories and improving cardiovascular ability.
