How To Get Ready for Our Summer Challenge

Us Challenge comes! Ready to customize, build trust and feel your best in just 6 weeks!?

We’ve gathered a list of 10 things to do before We start on July 8 So you can feel prepared and have all the tips to achieve this summer!

Pre -summer scheme to make a list:

1.

On July 7, the day before we start SSU, with us to make the bikini body detox plan, detox your body and get ready to crush your goals! You will get this plan for free when you sign up for here.

2.

One of the keys to success during challenge is the preparation of the meal. Take some time to design your meals for the week so you can stay on track with your nutrition goals.

This makes it much easier to eat healthy during the week so that you do not cut and grab for unhealthy meals and snacks.

3. Take your photos before

Taking your photos before your photos is the key to watching your progress + eligible for the big prize!

Keep the SSU 2024 (in the Playbook SSU) so that we can verify this true “before” photo for this challenge!

It does:

  • Bright, natural lighting

  • Tight clothes/ sports brast & shorts

  • Vertical and full body

  • Forward, side, back

  • Pure background (such as a wall or door)

  • Wear the same uniform before and after!

DOES:

  • Dark, shadow lighting
  • Loose clothes
  • Dirty background
  • Far away shots

5. Downloading

All challenge workouts will be in the MOVE MO MOVE application! And, if you are young MOVEyou will get 30 days free.

6. Set clear goals

Set your SSU goals. Whether it loses weight, muscle building or improving endurance, setting clear goals will help you to stay focused and motivation.

7. Take notes to keep track of progress

List your weight and measurements before you start the SSU. This will be the key to watching your progress + celebrating your achievements at the end of summer.

8. Participation in a accounting group

We firmly believe that accountability teams are a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your exercise. With the summer shape up, we want to make sure we have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! See the post @teamlsf For how to join a group!

9. Schedule your training time

Block the time in your calendar or developer for your workouts. Priority, planning it in advance and dealing with it like any other important appointment!

10. Hydration, hydrate, hydration

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Hydrated stay is essential for overall health, energy levels and recovery after workouts. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding a scoop Female woman or Natural beauty;
