A video appeared on the social networks of Jaguars’ defensive coordinator, Anthony Campanile, arguing how Lewis would fit into Jacksonville’s defensive scheme. A journalist who interviewed Campanile described Lewis as “the gout that stranded the drink” for the defense of Dallas.
The exchange apparently caught Lewis’s attention.

The comment seemed to generate concerns about the way Lewis was deployed during his time with the defense of the cowboys. He pointed out that he obtained the “degree of better qualified slot coverage” in the NFL. Lewis also suggested that the defensive backs were responsible for keeping the open receiver contrary to what they were assigned throughout a given game.

The dispute between Lawrence and Parsons was caused by the suggestion of former Cowboys Pass corridor that the franchise was unable to win a Super Bowl in the predictable future.
“A change in the landscape is always good, but Dallas is my home. I did my home there, my family lives there. I’m always going to be there. But I know I’m not going to win a Super Bowl there, so yes. Here,” said Lawrence.
