President Zelensky told the BBC that the mineral agreement between the United States and Ukraine is still “ready” to sign despite the public confrontation between him and the Trump administration on Friday.
They asked about the future of the agreement, which would grant the United States access to the rare mineral reserves of Ukraine, by Laura Kuensberg.
“It is our policy to continue what happened in the past, we are constructive,” he continues, “if we agree to sign the mineral agreement, we are ready to sign it.”
“The agreement on the table will be signed if the parties are ready,” he concludes.
