Our team is constantly impressed by the LSF community. All the women in this community worked their extremes and we are so proud of each of you! You all finished this 6 -week challenge so strong and your transformations, inside and out, were incredible!

The story of Allison:

“I always struggled with my self -esteem. When I took my photos before, I was in tears I looked at them. I was in my heavier (including when I was pregnant). I didn’t recognize my body and I knew it was time to get serious and bent over below.

I knew that I could not do other excuses, I had to change for myself and for my future health. So I followed the Moving application workouts, completing each one. I entered a SSD Shining Stars & LSF Mamas accounting team. Remained committed to watching the 7 days thin & HBMPand followed a 40 -day sugar with my sister.

I started the journey with hope and prayer I could get stuck with it and not give up. So many of the encouraging women in the LSF community kept me! Meal designs helped remove design and guess. And I think this was the key to my success.

Not only did I become stronger of course, I grew up with confidence! I have struggled with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal issues since 2020. Since my body’s diet change and my body move, I never felt better! My migraines are non -existent, my stress is much better, I have ridiculous amounts of energy (awakening at 5:30) and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to returning myself. ”

Natalie’s History:

“I have won 35+ pounds in my end thirty and hated every little thing about my body. I found it extremely difficult to change my habits and lifestyles. I had no plan or direction to change. I was tired. Tired, tired Don’t get out of the house because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day.

In just 6 weeks I have gained confidence that I didn’t know I had, I won a new happiness found to get up early in the morning, I won an estimate of my body and what it can do, I won a new relationship with food and learned how to feed the body Me, I won a community of so support, love and encouragement, not to mention that I lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better!

For me this is just the beginning! I am committed to being my best self and I still have Katie and LSF/Community team to thank for it. I am so grateful and I feel so proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited about more that is coming! Good things come to those who sweat! ”

Jessica History:

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to keep myself responsible for committing to work with the Moving application every day and carefully following the HBMP. Also, I really wanted a support system for this challenge, so I started #Teamlsfslay and these women were incredible with my motivation and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don’t think I could stay so consistent without them! This challenge put me in the habit of working and eating properly. ”

Pink Heart recipient

The Pink Heart Award goes to a member at #Teamlsf community Who not only remained committed to their own gym trip, but were also extremely encouraging for my #Tamlsf babes colleagues! We ask every challenge to submit people who pushed them and was a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Selena – Lost 11 pounds

“I have lost 17 pounds from the beginning of Feel good 14 challenge(11 of which I have lost since the beginning of SSD).

I have stuck in a meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are facing ourselves better.

While all this feels incredible, this challenge had much less to do with the hitting the weight loss goals and more for the brand for the LSF girls who encouraged me in any previous challenge.

Because I encourage others when they do not believe in themselves or encourage people into their lives and maybe even make their dreams come true. ”

Headlamps

We received so many amazing submissions to this challenge that it was almost impossible to show the winner of our big prize, the runners and the recipient of Pink Heart. We wanted to shout these amazing members who also had crazy transformations and enthusiastic stories!

Lost: 5 pounds

“I decided to make a change/bite if you want to regulate my training hours and sleeping cycle. I started coming home for lunch to make my healthy food and pack my clothes to take with me to I change after work in the gym.

Aleena Nichols – (Faithfitness_girl.lsf)

Lost: 11 pounds

“I have committed to SSD fully and worked in my physical health, but the most important is my mental health and in my turn that helped my physical health even more. This challenge was the first time that using meals and plans and I loved them. Moving application for my exercises) so that I wouldn’t always think about what to do for meals! I even found some new favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt) that before HBMP I didn’t realize that I liked it so much.

There will always be challenges, but I took it one day at a time and continue to do it. I am so grateful for #Teamlsf girls who encourage me and support. I like this about these challenges-we do it together!

The biggest victory from SSD I would say is that I finally got into exercise and protein in the morning. I was trying to make it for a long time and really stuck this time! Yes! I appeared daily and made minor changes that were added and I am proud of my hard work and results. ”
