Us Spring Slim Down Challenge (SSD) It is an 8 -week challenge from March 10 2025. Only 30 minutes a day for 8 weeks.

January may have been a bust and your resolutions may have disappeared so that they can go to spring to remember that it is renewal, development and opportunity! Let’s get ready for the summer starting now!
