“It was a natural process because I sang all parts of Rumi,” Ejae told Forbes that I made the vocals of the main actor available to supplement the performance of Arden Cho. “I sang Mira and Zoey’s parts, including the rapeseed. I had to use my voice when I wrote some of the songs. It was of course connected to me. I press out more when it is a melody or poetry that I wrote. Sometimes I could be more Korean. The fact that I have this choice – it is a beauty. I see it proud for me that I am both. Everything is both, isn’t it?”

The application of their truth in real life speaks for the timelessness of the words. “That really helped when I wrote [the songs] Because I know the Korean culture, “said Ejae.” I know the phrases in Korean. I look K-dramas and trained myself as idol. My Korean is good. English is my mother tongue. When I wrote the texts, I wanted [both languages to flow] Make sense. “
